FREE Foreclosure Prevention Workshop

Event Description:
Are you worried about losing your home? Are you late or anticipate being late on your mortgage payment? Have you experienced reduction in income? Upside-down on your mortgage? Come to the free Foreclosure Prevention Workshop presented by the Home Loan Counseling Center of Sacramento. We are a HUD-approve housing counseling agency and there is no charge to participate or to receive further counseling. You will learn about options for keeping or not keeping your property, the process of obtaining a modification or a workout and various programs available to homeowners. Please register by calling us at (916)646-2005. Don't forget to bring a mortgage statement to the workshop.
