Event Description:
The Sacramento Affiliate of the National Black Child Development Institute (BCDI) will host its 17th Annual D.I.V.A. (Determined Intelligent Valued African American Young Ladies) Conference entitled, “It’s Time For Change.” The conference is geared to empowerment for young ladies ages 12 to 18 years old with the tools to live productive lives. The conference will provide information to assist participants with making sound, positive decisions relating to relationships, sex, health and wellness, education and employment. Pre-Registration $20 per person before 11/6/09 Registration $25 per person after 11/6/09 Includes continental breakfast and lunch
