Homebuyer Education - Find Out Everything You Need! (HUD-Approved)

Have you dreamed of owning your own home, but just didn’t know where to begin? Not sure about the process? Financing? What does it really cost? What about credit? Take our First Time Homebuyer Education course at the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center, and you will take the first step to long and successful home ownership. Many homebuyers feel overwhelmed and intimidated because of inconsistent information they receive. This course will provide all the necessary knowledge about the process of buying a home. Many city downpayment assistance and special discount programs require a Certificate of Completion provided through a HUD-approved agency. HLCC meets all the requirements. You will be able to schedule an individual appointment with a housing counselor to discuss your plan of achieving home ownership. Sacramento Home Loan Counseling is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency. Please register by calling 916-646-2005.
