Clean Energy Technology
The Sacramento Metro Chamber announced it will add more than 20,000 new jobs by 2015 created from the region's emergy clean energy technology sector, harnessing the region's economic, workforce and educational assets to become the Clean Energy Capital of the World.
"By working together in a coordianted and cohesive manner, our region can use clean energy technology to become what the Silicon Valley became during the dot com explosion--but with a more sustainable outcome," said Matt Mahood, Metro Chamber president & CEO.
